Because there are so many different options between styles, colors, sizes, etc. it is best to either call our shop at (360-697-9100)or e-mail us at bridal@americanrose.com with the items you are interested in. We can answer any questions, let you know about availability, combine shipping costs, etc.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, cash, checks, money orders, and PayPal (checks and money orders must clear before items are sent).

So that we can keep our costs down, and keep passing the savings on to you, we do not accept returns. There are no refunds or cancellation of orders.
Exchanges may be made on non-custom made items, less a 10% restocking fee. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt and shipped back immediately upon approval of claim.
